Mycology May is here, and this year, we're getting creative with natural dyeing with Mushrooms.
Join local artist and fungi enthusiast Leanne Wicks for a hands-on workshop exploring the natural colours hidden in mushrooms & leaves. In this earthy, creative session, you'll learn how to use collected fungi to dye silk and discover mushrooms' incredible role in healthy ecosystems.
As we play with colour and texture, we'll also deepen our awareness of fungi as nature’s recyclers—connecting soil, plants, and life itself. You'll leave with your own mushroom-dyed silk scarf and a new appreciation for the magic beneath our feet.
No experience needed. All materials provided.
A yummy morning tea is included, please BYO cup for tea & coffee.
