Lithgow Oberon Landcare has an exciting year ahead, and community volunteers are invited to be part of it!
Join the team on the second Thursday of each month for a hands-on Landcare workday at State Mine Gully. These sessions are a great opportunity to connect with others, learn practical land management skills, and help care for local bushland and waterways.
Workdays will focus on targeted woody weed control, with participants learning effective weed management techniques that can also be used at home. By tackling invasive weeds, volunteers will help improve biodiversity and the health of local creek systems.
No experience is required. Training and equipment will be provided.
