Are some paddocks consistently outperforming others? Join us for a practical soil workshop exploring the factors driving production differences and what you can do to improve soil health and farm performance.
Using local examples and soil pit demonstrations, you'll gain practical insights into identifying soil constraints, interpreting soil information, and making informed management decisions for your property.

Soil sampling and stratification – what the results really mean
Comparing high and low-performing paddocks through soil pit demonstrations
Presenters
Dr Jason Condon
Agronomist and Associate Professor in Soil Science with extensive experience in acid soils, salinity and nutrient cycling. Jason specialises in translating soil science into practical, on-farm solutions that improve productivity.
Helen Burns
Former NSW DPI Soil Scientist and Agronomist with decades of experience supporting mixed farming systems across NSW. Helen has led research and extension programs focused on acid soils, soil fertility and improving pasture and grain production.
