Connection by Fire Songline Walk

  • Ngurang Reserve Rylstone, NSW, 2849 Australia (map)

Join us for the final event of the Connection by Fire project—a guided walk led by Uncle Peter Swain and Emma Syme. Together, we’ll explore cultural burn sites and cultural heritage places while learning about Indigenous Land Management, Cultural Burning, and Traditional Ecological Knowledge.

This is an opportunity to listen deeply, walk gently on Country, and gain insights into the knowledge systems that have cared for this land for thousands of years. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

What to Bring

  • Sturdy enclosed footwear for being in the bush

  • A bbq lunch will be provided, please bring plenty of water and extra snacks

Be aware

  • There is patchy/limited phone reception at Ngurang
