2025 Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Muster
The Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Network is proud to announce the inaugural 2025 Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Muster — a flagship event designed to celebrate, connect, and inspire our region’s Landcare community.
To be held in late July, the Muster will bring together volunteers, land managers, partner organisations, and community members from across the Central Tablelands to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and explore new ideas for action.
With Landcare roots stretching back to the 1980s, this event offers a chance to reflect on decades of grassroots environmental stewardship while collaborating on what’s next for our landscapes and communities.
What to expect at the Muster:
Project Highlights from local Landcare groups showcasing innovation and resilience.
Collaborative Conversations tackling shared challenges and opportunities.
Partner Perspectives from organisations working alongside Landcare.
Creative & Practical Activities including hands-on nature-based science and art.
Plenty of opportunities for connection and community building.
The Muster is open to anyone with an interest in Landcare – whether you're a volunteer, committee member, staff member, NRM professional, student, or simply curious to get involved. All voices are welcome.
The event is presented by the Central Tablelands Regional Landcare Network – a collaboration between Watershed, Central Tablelands, Mid Lachlan, Little River, and Lithgow Oberon Landcare – with support from Local Land Services, Landcare NSW, and ANU Sustainable Farms.
Got something to share? Present a Lightning Talk!
We’re inviting short Lightning Talks (5 minutes max) from participants – a perfect platform to share an idea, a project, or a fresh perspective.
Lightning Talks are short-form presentations unlike traditional conference panels or lectures. Each speaker gets five minutes and must use a limited number of PowerPoint slides. The main goal is to spark new conversations and collaborations across disciplines with fast-paced, engaging presentations. It’s a great opportunity to discover the work of others across the region in a short, energising format.

A Regional Community of Practice day for Landcare staff and committee representatives will also be held on Thursday 31 July.
This initiative is made possible by the NSW Landcare Enabling Program, a partnership between Local Land Services and Landcare NSW, supported by the NSW Government.
We look forward to seeing you there – let’s shape the future of Landcare together.
