From Seed to Seedling: Learn How to Grow Natives from the Ground Up!

Join us for a hands-on morning at the local Watershed Landcare nursery where you’ll learn how to successfully propagate native plants — starting from scratch.

This practical workshop will walk you through:

  • Choosing the right potting mixes and native-specific additives

  • Hygiene and preparing seeds for sowing

  • How to sow native seeds for optimal germination

 Led by our legendary nursery staff, Chris and Wendy -  you’ll get your hands dirty and walk away with the knowledge and confidence to grow your own native seedlings at home or for restoration projects.
