Becoming an ACNC-registered charity is an important milestone for our regional network. It formally recognises the charitable purpose of our work and strengthens our governance, transparency and accountability as an organisation working for public benefit.

We have taken this step to better support our communities and local Landcare networks. ACNC registration helps us:

  • strengthen trust with partners, funders and supporters

  • improve access to grants, philanthropic funding and partnerships

  • clearly demonstrate how funds are used to deliver positive environmental and community outcomes

  • build a strong, sustainable foundation for the future of regional Landcare in the Central Tablelands

Most importantly, this registration supports our core purpose — caring for land, people and community — by enabling us to grow our impact while remaining community-led and values-driven.
