Join Mid Lachlan Landcare for a rewarding morning of tree planting at the beautiful property Mt Belubula near Canowindra.
Working alongside landholders Bron and Andrew, volunteers will help plant a mix of native trees and shrubs to create important habitat and feed sources for the threatened Superb Parrot. These plantings will contribute to long-term biodiversity outcomes and help reconnect habitat across the landscape.
Tree planting is a fantastic way to spend time outdoors, stay active, support local wildlife and connect with like-minded community members passionate about caring for the environment.
Please bring your own gloves and planting tools if you have them, although some spare equipment will be available on the day.
